The Bark in the Park Fall Festival & Holiday Market will open its doors to dogs and their owners at Rollins Park in Concord, New Hampshire. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Local vendors will occupy the park for the day. The lineup includes more than 100 local makers, artists, and businesses. Attendees can also visit over 15 food trucks. A holiday market will operate throughout the day, selling goods from these local entrepreneurs.
Entertainment is centered on family and pet activities. The schedule includes live music, kids' activities, and a display of classic cars. Dog-specific programming features a dog show and police K9 demonstrations. These segments are designed to engage both the animals and their handlers in the public space.
The festival includes traditional holiday elements to start the season early. Santa and Mrs. Claus will make appearances for photographs. A Christmas train ride is also part of the itinerary. The organizers state the event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
Rollins Park serves as the central location for the gathering. The event runs for a five-hour window in the early afternoon. Participants are invited to bring their leashed dogs to participate in the various stations and markets.
